Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Because each nightguard is custom-made, our return policy is designed to balance customer support with the nature of personalized products.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Custom nightguards are non-refundable once your impressions have been received and production has started.

• If your nightguard does not fit properly, we will remake or adjust it free of charge when notified within 30 days of delivery.

• Unused and unopened impression kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exchanges & Remakes

• If there is a lab error (material defect, workmanship issue, or misfit due to our processing), your nightguard will be remade at no additional cost.

• If the impression submitted is inaccurate, a discounted remake fee may apply.
