    • Custom appliances (dentures, partials, etc.) are non-refundable once your impression has been received and work has begun.

    • If there is an issue with the fit or quality of your appliance, we will remake or adjust it at no additional cost.

    • Impression kits (unopened and unused) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
