Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Essix retainers are non-refundable once your impressions have been received and fabrication has started.

• If your retainer does not fit correctly, we will adjust or remake it at no charge when notified within 30 days of delivery.

• Unused and unopened impression kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exchanges & Remakes

• If there is a lab error (material defect, fit issue, or workmanship problem), your retainer will be remade at no additional cost.

• If an inaccurate impression was submitted, a discounted remake fee may apply.
