    • If your appliance does not fit properly, we will remake or adjust it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

    • Impression kits that are unused and unopened may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

    Exchanges & Remakes

    • If there is an error in the appliance caused by our lab (fit, material, or craftsmanship issue), we will remake the product at no additional cost.

    • For remake requests due to incorrect impressions submitted, a discounted remake fee may apply.
