Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Custom appliances (flippers, partial dentures, retainers, etc.) are non-refundable once your impressions have been received and production has started.

• If your appliance does not fit correctly, we will adjust or remake it at no additional charge when notified within 30 days of delivery.

• Impression kits that are unused and unopened may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exchanges & Remakes

• If there is an error on our end (fit, material, or workmanship), your appliance will be remade at no cost.

• If impressions are inaccurate due to customer error, a discounted remake fee may apply.
